Pre Sale Questions
Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
Normally it would take 3-5 days to ship your order to you however All orders are custom made and printed-on-demand. We do not have giant warehouses with thousands of items sitting on the shelves. Every single item in your order is hand made by us.
Q: What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our website. You can also find a "My Account" link in the footer on mobile. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. Please keep in mind, all orders are printed-on-demand and custom made.
Q: How can I contact you?
For any general questions or concerns about your order or experience please contact our support email address at support@cosycups.ae or send us a message from our contact us section.
Q: There is something missing or defective. What do i do?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us by sending us a message on contact us section. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not be able to refund you. Please email support@cosycups.ae for assistance).
Q: Can i change my order?
Please always double-check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, colors, quantities, and especially the address. Due to our short processing time, we can’t ensure that changing your order will be possible. Contact us as soon as possible by filling out a form in the contact us section.
Q: Can i cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will only accept cancellation request placed within 24 hours after you have placed your order with us. Contact us as soon as possible by filling a form using contact us section. Always be sure to double-check your information before placing an order.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are Aed 10. Shipping is free for orders above Aed 100.
